Situation
Momentous wanted to transform their website into a more engaging platform that would turn casual visitors into loyal subscribers. As a UI/UX Designer, I was brought in to the Matter Supply Co team to collaborate with the lead designer on a redesign focused on key areas like the homepage, personalization features, pdp updates and modular components that would allow content managers to easily edit and create pages and sections.
Solution
A redesign of the entire experience that is more inclusive, focused on product benefits for athletes and delightful moments to build trust with users.
Improving User Experience with Modular Components
Modular component explorations focused on product lookup, personalization, and content. The modular approach facilitated easy updates, fostering scalability and future-proofing for sustained innovation and growth.
Subscription and bundle integrations
A new PDP experience focused on providing the option to subscribe to a product at first glance as well as suggested bundled products with additional discounts.
Customization & Personalization
Adding delightful brand moments to the experience by providing personalized product recommendations based on users needs as well as an opportunity to create a custom t-shirt with a prompted message for loyal customers and brand enthusiasts.
Impact
Momentous saw a boost in customer loyalty, higher order values, and better retention. The redesign strengthened brand recognition, set it apart from competitors, and doubled product subscriptions. It also caught the attention of top human performance experts, leading to a key partnership that resulted in a merge.
