UI enhancements for Wickr Pro is an encrypted, ephemeral collaboration platform for businesses and organizations of all sizes.
Situation
After onboarding, tests showed that users where confused and overwhelmed about the app features. The interface was not intuitive and this resulting in users refraining from using the app. The Wickr Pro wanted to find possible solutions for this issue.
Solution
I collaborated with the Lead Designer and Creative Director on improvements to the onboarding by creating a UI feedback system that helps new users understand the apps functions.
